Paparan Media Sosial, Gaya Hidup Hedonis, Dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Mahasiswa: Peran Mental Budgeting Di Kota Kupang

Student financial management is increasingly important because social media exposure and lifestyle-oriented consumption may shape spending decisions. This study examines the effects of social media exposure and hedonic lifestyle on student financial management in Kupang City and tests the role of mental budgeting. A quantitative design was applied to 102 students from three private universities. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that social media exposure was moderately high, hedonic lifestyle was low, financial management was moderately good, and mental budgeting was good. The structural results indicate that social media exposure and hedonic lifestyle did not significantly affect financial management. Pengaruh Persepsi Manfaat, Kemudahan, Risiko, Dan Pengaruh Sosial Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Qris

This study aims to examine the influence of perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and social influence on the adoption of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in Kelapa Lima, Kupang City. The research employed an explanatory quantitative approach involving 144 QRIS users selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and social influence significantly and positively affect QRIS adoption. Among these factors, social influence emerged as the most dominant predictor, while the model accounted for 64.7% of the variation in adoption decisions. Analisis Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Clean Hris Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0

This study aims to analyze the effect of Clean HRIS website service quality on user satisfaction using the WebQual 4.0 method. The independent variables in this study consist of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, while the dependent variable is user satisfaction. This research applies a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 active users of Clean HRIS. The data were analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results show that the three WebQual 4.0 variables, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. These conditions reduce the effectiveness of administrative processes. This study aims to design a web-based letter archiving information system to improve archive management so it becomes faster, more organized, and more accurate. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru tata boga, siswa, serta pihak sekolah yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran praktik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi permasalahan sosial di MAN 1 Aceh Timur. Permasalahan sosial yang dialami siswa, seperti konflik pertemanan, rendahnya rasa percaya diri, kesulitan beradaptasi, dan kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi, memerlukan perhatian khusus melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.
